泗粉 (适量) 虾米 (适量) 牡蛎 (适量) 五花肉 (适量)
调料
姜蒜片 (适量) 小青菜 (适量) 盐 (适量) 鸡精 (适量)

1原料洗净备用

2青菜洗净切段

3五花肉切片

4锅里加油,放五花肉煸至金黄色

5再放入虾米、牡蛎姜蒜炒一会儿

6放入适量的水煮开

7汤沸腾后放入青菜,然后加入盐和鸡精调味,咸淡要调好,要不然等下再放盐化不了

过程不是很复杂,食材也易找,有空弄来吃试试看,建议加人红辣椒切丝也许更好的!
