解放军举行“蓝盔行动--2011”演练活动 [25P]

[color=Purple][size=3]       9月15日，中国国防部维护和平事务办公室，委托中国人民解放军济南军区组织代号为“蓝盔行动--2011”维和部队处置突发事件演练活动。

　　活动按照实案设计、创新性研究、对策式演练的思路，在指挥机关演练中，“采取背景模拟、身份对应方式”，重点演练维和部队应对遭遇劫持和受到武装冲突波及的两种突发情况处置，体现组织指挥程序与方法、维和部队指挥部与其相关部位的指挥关系；在实兵演练中，“采取战场移位、实兵示范作业方式”、处置维和部队遭遇武装袭击和受到社会骚乱波及”的两种情况，体现维和部（分）队实施快速反应和紧急应对的行动方法。活动还涉及理论研讨和维和成果展示等内容。

最近看报道说俄罗斯军演是作秀，反映出太多的问题，人员补充不足、设备老化得不到更新，我想着方面原因不可能在我们国家出现。但我们演习目标要明确，时候要总结提高。
