中西进行跆拳道热身赛 西班牙队员腿功强[18P]

2011年2月25日，中国国家跆拳道队在北京体育大学与来访的西班牙国家跆拳道队进行了一场热身赛，但中国队部分主力队员正处于休息调整阶段所以并未出场比赛，而是在场边当起了助理裁判的工作。图为热身赛现场精彩画面。

中国去西班牙学足球，西班牙来中国学跆拳道，也算有点意思。估计中国足球的水平还不如人家西班牙跆拳道的水平

经常举办热身比赛，增加了比赛实战经验，又锻炼了队员们的实战技能，非常好。
