白灼海螺片

沾料 ；韩式甜辣酱，芥末酱
做法 ：半锅清水，加姜片，葱花，酒烧开。放入海螺以大火烫煮４－５分钟，取出泡入冰水５分钟。起肉切片。
味鲜美，肉细嫩。下酒佳肴！
